The Lagoon
Turquoise water meets a sandy shore, surrounded by forest. Envisioned as the heart of Paldo, the lagoon brings a beach experience to the mountains, with space to swim, unwind and spend the day together.
Townhouses
A residential neighbourhood for those who want nature to be part of everyday life. The townhouse vision connects a place of your own with the wider leisure experience of the destination.
The initial concept allocates approximately 20,000 m² to the townhouse district. Architecture and layouts will be refined through the next stages of development.
The Hotel
For a weekend away or a longer escape. The proposed hotel district brings together accommodation, dining, wellness and spaces to celebrate, all within the landscape of Paldo.
Approximately 150,000 m² is reserved in the concept for an integrated hotel resort and leisure setting.
Private Villas
Your own space on a wooded hillside. The villa plot concept offers a more private way to belong to Paldo, with room to shape a home within a shared destination.
The initial plan assigns approximately 200,000 m² to residential plots. The imagery expresses an architectural mood, with final designs to be developed.
